Over 50’s Movement, Balance and Stretch Come and Try session – Tuesday September 21st at 9::30am

The session will be delivered by a fully qualified instructor who will lead participants through a joint mobilisation and muscle warm up, followed by cardio, movement to music, strength and balance work this class is suitable for all abilities

This programme will help improve your balance and mobility as well as having a positive effect on your physical and mental health.
