Over 50’s Movement, Balance and Stretch

Following the success of the Vision Sports Ireland online exercise series we are delighted to add a new Over 50’s Movement, Balance and Stretch 6 week programme.

This programme will be delivered by a fully qualified instructor who will lead participants through a joint mobilisation and muscle warm up, followed by cardio, movement to music, strength and balance work.

This programme will help improve your balance and mobility as well as having a positive effect on your physical and mental health.

Suitable for all abilities.

Tuesdays 10am via Zoom beginning Tuesday February 23rd.

Registration is FREE and places are limited.
